Rails Infrastructure Care
This service takes responsibility for keeping your Rails application stable and maintained in production, including deployment support, monitoring, incident response, and dependency updates. Infrastructure/hosting costs (servers, storage, bandwidth, managed databases) are billed separately.
Why Choose Managed Rails Infrastructure?
Founders and small teams are often tired of AWS costs, DevOps complexity, and infrastructure anxiety. Managing servers, worrying about uptime, and keeping up with security patches distracts you from your core business.
You want your application to just work. You want to focus on your customers, not your server specs.
We handle the heavy lifting
- Background jobs and heavy worker workloads
- Proactive monitoring and incident handling
- Infrastructure setup and ongoing operations
- Dependency updates and upgrade guidance included
- Predictable monthly pricing

Frequently Asked Questions About Infrastructure Care
The service fee covers our operational work: monitoring, incident response, dependency updates, deployment support, and scaling guidance. Infrastructure costs (servers, databases, storage, bandwidth) are billed separately at the provider's cost — you see the invoices directly.
Either way works. We can manage infrastructure in your existing AWS/DigitalOcean/Hetzner account, or provision it under ours. Either way, you have full visibility into the infrastructure costs.
For Production Care and Continuity Care clients, we provide incident response with alerting. We monitor your application and infrastructure, and respond to critical issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
